- 5 FREE, one-day AZventure workshops that combine natural resource content knowledge and best practices (7 professional development hours each)
- 3 four-day Best Practices Academies (27 professional development hours each) where you will learn what it takes to create and sustain a higher-performing classroom and campus
- Apply your new knowledge and skills during the 2008-2009 academic year and earn up to 15 additional professional development hours at no additional cost
Additional opportunities
- Make It Happen! Teams of summer academy participants will compete to receive support totaling as much as $5,000 per team member during the 2008-2009 academic year
- June 30 AZventure workshop participants can apply for up to $5,000 in Project Learning Tree GreenWorks! environmental service-learning grants
